Shuttle service to and from Alexandria, LA Airport, and Paragon Casino Resort will be provided to all AIANTA conference guests at a flat rate of $80 per person roundtrip. Paragon Casino Resort will arrange for this service on the following dates:

Arrival: Sunday, October 27th and Monday, October 28th
Departure: Thursday, October 31st and Friday, November 1st

To schedule your shuttle service, you must complete your Request for Transportation Form seven (7) days before your arrival to ensure you will have seat availability. The Paragon Casino Resort will approve and confirm your transportation and charge $80.00 to your guest room account for payment before your departure.

AIANTA will use the Whova conference app again this year. To help facilitate ridesharing between the airport on days when the hotel does not offer scheduled shuttle service, you may also visit the “Airport Ride Sharing” channel under the “Community” tab. Please use your registration email to sign up.

In the Whova App, you can monitor and revise your ridesharing request by

• Keep track of the status of your ridesharing request
• Check who else has joined the same ridesharing group
• Cancel or reschedule your ridesharing request
